The new NDL VAT Recording application lets you add, edit and delete claims away from the desk where and when they occur for the current month.
• All unpaid claims are visible within the application itself, with any claims for previous months locked from editing or deletion after the 3rd of the current month.
• The mileage value is calculated using previous claims (to determine if you are a significant mileage user) and therefore is subject to change if you have not synced recently.
• The application will automatically sync every 5 minutes whilst open. The last sync date can be found on the summary screen
